Getting To Know This Year's Bears
Dr. Ovsyanikov and his dog Nanuk are keeping company with 30 to 50 polar bears near his cabin on Wrangel Island. In addition to counting males, females, and cubs, he is beginning to notice behavior differences among the nearby bears.

Arriving Wrangel Island
